PrestigePro is operated by XEMT Limited (NZ Company No. 8344722 · NZBN 9429050524631), the registered New Zealand company that is the data controller responsible for your personal information under this policy.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a service, we collect your name, contact details, address, and information about the job. For recurring services we may collect payment information securely via our payment processor (we never store card details on our servers).

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service, send you invoices and updates, and (occasionally) keep in touch about services you've used. We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.

Sharing across divisions

Because PrestigePro Group operates five divisions, your details may be shared internally between divisions to provide a unified account experience. They are not shared outside PrestigePro Group.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your details. Email admin@prestigepro.co.nz.
